Cancer is a non-communicable disease in which cells reproduce uncontrollably.
About Cancer
- Cancer is the result of a mutation when cells Reproduce by mitosis. Some mutations cause cells to reproduce too quickly producing tumours.
Risk Factors
The chances of getting cancer can be increased by a number of factors:
- Smoking
- Obesity
- Exposure to Ionising Radiation
- Poor Diet
